Nina Burdett, BSN-RN

Nina, co-founder of Forma Medical Aesthetics, and a board certified Registered Nurse, brings her extensive experience in the medical field as a former ER and operating room nurse in otolaryngeal facial plastics to Forma Medical.

With over a decade of aesthetic experience, Nina specializes in natural cosmetic injectables including Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, platelet-rich plasma and exosome therapies, microneedling, and clinical skincare.

With an unwavering commitment to continued education Nina serves the aesthetic industry as a top 10 most requested national trainer and speaker for the industry leader, Allergan®, the makers of Botox® and Juvéderm® dermal fillers.

After many years in the aesthetic field, Nina found that most patients fear injectables leaving them looking “fake or unlike themselves.” She observed that patients who felt disappointed in their past aesthetic treatments often were not assessed correctly for their unique needs, nor provided the time they deserved to truly understand the purpose of their treatments.

Nina`s comprehensive and personalized treatment plans address all the stages of the aging process. Known for her unique consultation process and her extensive knowledge of facial shapes and anatomy, Nina practices a holistic approach to facial correction. She takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns and strives to help her clients look and feel their best.

Nina fervently stays up to date on the latest technologies, techniques, and treatments in the medical spa industry. She holds an extensive training resume of cadaver dissections, ultrasound certifications, and hands-on injectable training with national and international industry leaders such as Dr. Arthur Swift, Nicola Lowrey- PA, Dr. Zack Ally, Dr. Tapan Patel, Dr. Kate Goldie, and Dr. Sebastian Cotofana. Her commitment to continuous education is a natural extension of her passion for upholding the standards of the aesthetics industry with safe outcome driven practices.

In addition to traveling the US to teach her peers on current and best injectable practices she also participates in National Advisory Boards working to shaping the future of aesthetic medicine.

In 2022 Nina was asked to join UK`s number one training academy, Derma Medical, as a part of their global expansion to the US.
